Cancellation Policy

At TONE Hair Lounge, your appointment is very important to us. We reserve time especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule changes are unavoidable.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us the chance to offer your slot to another client.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• A booking deposit may be required for certain services. This will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
